SoloBoard ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use SoloBoard Command Center to monitor your digital business assets.
Data We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and name (via Google OAuth or email login) to create and manage your account.
Integration Metrics (Read-Only)
To power your dashboard, we fetch aggregated metrics (e.g., revenue totals, visitor counts, uptime status) from third-party platforms you connect — including Stripe, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, and Creem — using API keys you voluntarily provide. We request only the minimum data required and strictly enforce read-only access.
Encrypted API Credentials
API keys and access tokens you provide are encrypted using AES-256 standards before being stored in our isolated, access-controlled database hosted on Neon. No plaintext credentials are ever stored or accessible, even to system administrators.
How We Use Your Data
Dashboard Visualization Only
We aggregate and display your business metrics exclusively for your private viewing within your SoloBoard dashboard.
Anomaly Alerts
If you configure alert rules, we use your metrics data to detect anomalies (e.g., site downtime, revenue drops) and notify you via email.
Security & Encryption
All API keys are encrypted with AES-256 standards. We follow a Zero-PII Storage policy: we do not fetch, store, or process your customers' names, addresses, payment card details, or any other personally identifiable information from third-party platforms.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as your account is active. Once you disconnect an integration or delete your account, all associated API keys and cached metrics data are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers within 30 days.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We strive to comply with global privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA. You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your data at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us at support@soloboard.app.
