1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoloBoard Command Center ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SoloBoard is operated by SoloBoard ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Service Description
SoloBoard is a monitoring and analytics dashboard designed for independent founders and entrepreneurs. It aggregates business metrics from third-party platforms (including Stripe, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, and Creem) into a unified view. We do not own your data; we provide the interface to visualize and monitor metrics you choose to share with us.
3. Account Security & API Keys
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your SoloBoard account credentials and any API keys you provide to the Service.
Read-Only Access Required
You are responsible for ensuring that any API keys you provide to SoloBoard are configured with read-only (or equivalent minimum-permission) access. SoloBoard is not liable for any data loss, unauthorized transactions, or security incidents arising from a user providing API keys with write, modify, or full-access permissions.
AES-256 Encryption
We secure all API keys and credentials using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Plaintext keys are never stored or accessible to any personnel.
4. Subscription & Payments
Payment Processor
All subscription payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Creem (creem.io). By subscribing to a Base or Pro plan, you agree to Creem's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance according to your selected plan (Free, Base at $19.90/month, or Pro at $39.90/month). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us at support@soloboard.app within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer
SoloBoard is provided 'as is.' While we strive for accuracy and reliability, data displayed on your dashboard is subject to third-party API availability, network latency, and data processing delays. We do not guarantee 100% real-time accuracy of the metrics displayed. SoloBoard is not responsible for any business, financial, or operational decisions made based on data shown in the dashboard.
